Abstract: Optimization is an unavoidable part of human civilization having, bearing in every walk of life. How-ever, most of real-world optimization tasks are intrinsically multi-objective, where multiple number of inter-dependent factors need to be dealt with simultaneously. Technically this multi-objective frame-work of optimization needs special attention because of its real-life applicability. As such, the multi-objective optimization is so meritorious, technically speaking that a good number of luminaries preferred to have engaged themselves for addressing various problems, theoretical as well as practical. Associated literature indicates that the importance of this domain is not only important but demands serious cultivation. Of late, many objective optimization also gaining importance, primarily because of its associated computational issues. All these together demonstrate an urgency in arranging an opportunity/ platform that will be useful for young researchers and other academic/ technical per-sons engaged in active research in relevant field across the globe. It is needless to mention that such initiative can only be effective if leading resource persons/ researchers of this field find an opportunity to ventilate their latest research initiatives. Accordingly, leading scientists across the globe involved in the active research in relevant domain have been identified, approached and fortunately all have consented to share their latest findings in the proposed IEEE CIS Summer School.
